Jing Wang is the Co-founder and CEO of FinTell Inc., a leading financial technology firm that provides advanced big-data solutions and decisioning models to global institutions such as ICBC and WeBank. A distinguished leader in risk management and data analytics, Jing previously served as Corporate Vice President and Co-founder of Baidu Financial Services Group, where he pioneered the organization’s end-to-end big-data risk capabilities.

Before his tenure at Baidu, Jing spent 17 years at American Express, culminating in his role as Senior Vice President. During the 2008 financial crisis, his implementation of cutting-edge risk strategies led to industry-best performance, and he later founded the Global Model Risk Management group as the company transitioned to a bank holding company.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Jing is a dedicated educator and philanthropist. He serves as a part-time professor of Financial Technologies at Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business and sits on the college’s Advisory Board. He is also the Co-founder of Purple Swan Corporation, a non-profit dedicated to cultural diversity through the performing arts. Jing holds a Ph.D. in Physics and an MBA in Finance from Michigan State University.
