Financial Modeling & Valuation: Construct and maintain complex financial models, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Merger Models, and LBO analysis, to evaluate client transaction structures.

Sector & Target Research: Perform rigorous quantitative and qualitative research on industry trends, comparable company sets, and precedent transactions to support strategic mandates.

Technical Due Diligence Support: Coordinate the collection, organization, and analysis of financial data within Virtual Data Rooms (VDRs) to facilitate the due diligence process for buy-side or sell-side engagements.

Investment Material Preparation: Synthesize financial data into clear, accurate presentation materials, including Pitch Books, Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), and management presentations.

Sensitivity & Scenario Analysis: Conduct sensitivity analysis on key transaction variables (e.g., WACC, terminal growth rates) to provide data-driven insights for senior-level negotiations.

Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all financial analysis and client deliverables adhere to internal valuation guidelines and regulatory reporting standards. $87838.00/year
